I know that I really shouldn't be writing about this. As they say, if you call some place paradise, kiss it goodbye. But Haycreek Road (I call it Haycreek, as one word, but the real name is Hay Creek Rd.) is very much part of who I am today. I believe the first one to discover this road within my circle of friends was Exkalibur. He apparently drove down the road in his dad's car, and wrecked the transmission. Then it was Jeff and I who rode down it in his Jeep. and eventually I brought my Van up to test it on the rugged logging trail.

Yeah, thats right. Buffalo got its first decent snow fall tonight. Being a Canadian I love snow. It was fun to get out and drive. I tested the new jeep out...

Right now, things are kind of tough. Currently living off of one income, my wife and I are renting in a fairly shitty part of town. The rent is manageable, but just manageable. We are both depressed and we both want our own place. She would also like to go back to school and study to earn more money in the future, while I do not wish to re-join the conventional workforce. I am sure some may say that that seems lazy, and they may be right.
